Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 5 inch exhaust - Drone with 2 mufflers?

Since Jakey lives close to here I will invite him also, we could also invite a few others that are local or that want to cruise over to this area, it really is'nt that far off the 57 and LaMbert, I will get a head count and make sure that I have the Blues pumping in the background and plenty of RedOak SMOKE!!!

I don't know how anyone can like that straight pipe drone. I have no problem with being loud and proud but I think a straight pipe drone can't touch the deeper more throaty sound a resonator delivers. I have my Warp Speed Performance muffler bolted on backwards and it works great.

Mine's quiet now. I LOVE it. Can even have a comfortable conversation while cruising.

I thought that the 5inch pipe was supposed to be so that you couldnt hear the "OLD lady" pester you? as they normally do

Yeah, i bet takes the "edge" off that straight pipe noise. Now when I hear straight pipes on the road first thought is usually, there's another rice burner graduate that likes cheap sounding trucks.
