Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Buying an HX35

I'm thinking of buying an HX35 from a non TDR member in the classifieds.

What is the best way to do this?

Any pointers would help.

Is you HY in good shape? I may consider trading for the HX i pulled off my 01.

My HY is in good shape, I installed a set of RV275's this weekend.

With the XZT+ and the RV275's I'm worried about running to high of EGT while towing. The truck runs good at the 65hp setting with the RV275's.

An EGT gage is next. Most people I've talked to think an HX would be fine with these 2 mods. What condition is your HX in? Iam interested.

Figure the HX will cool 100HP over stock. I have one I would sell outright, off of a 2001
