Here I am

3rd party objective test of Smarty's "undetectable claim"

Attention: TDR Forum Junkies
To the point: Click this link and check out the Front Page News story(ies) where we are tracking the introduction of the 2025 Ram HD trucks.

Thanks, TDR Staff

ats co-pilot. good or bad?

Find one?

Bob, hows the vp44 updates coming along????? #@$%!

Does that pertain to the 2nd Gen trucks as well?

"hype" just seemed to fit

Great laughable quotes of the past century:

"A chicken in every pot - a car in every garage"

"The check is in the mail"

"I never had sex with that woman"

And a new winner:

"We walk the Walk... "

Perhaps if Marco spent MORE time in the lab DEVELOPING better software, and LESS time outside "WALKING", we'd see less hype, and more upgraded programs - at least for the 2nd generation Smarty CUSStomers...

Yeah - "Hype", "BS", and "Vaporware" fit well into those past statements...

:-laf:-laf:-laf

Lets Get Serious

How about some meaningful wager in the outcome of this test. I personally don't care the outcome, when the funds are sufficient, Smarty is it. Oo. Correct me if I am wrong, but I haven't seen this much buzz about another programmer. I remember reading the original thread about the CATCHER. I say congrats on the evolution of the CATCHER/SMARTY/SMARTY JR.

(not in a rude way)

So its not set in stone that you will be able to get it checked out:confused:

Michael

There's a small chance. . lemme send some emails and confirm. It has been a long time since we (the Chrysler person) have talked about this and my orignal trip plans did change.

stay tuned.

ok folks. Looks like things are still a go.

Tho there may be some down time for my truck as I may have to pull the ECM out and hand it off for a day or two. But my contact is going to check to see if I can just bring the truck place and they pull it there if there is a real spark of interest to test this challenge.

So far it looks like a go. Might have to "barrow" my mom's new beemer... . ;-)

Good suggestion - Thanks. That way could disconnect the "hot wire" and go easier on the pump too.

<< This is brutal. Been thinkin about those Mach 2s all day. That post was purely unfair! Oo.

On second thought, Naah... She's runnin too good now to touch her.

(Just passing a little time while we're waiting for those test results. . :-laf )

Wazzup? Oo.

Trying to schedule time. it looks tough. I apologize! Here is an email with the Chrysler contact.

I'm assuming "CUMMINS" is the guy/gal that works on the diesel trucks.

Ds is the new ram.

And I don't think they'd like some Joe Shmoe in the plant during a launch.

I'm in town.

When do you think you have time this week to check out my ECU for signs of a programmer? We'll be downtown visiting my brother at his work this wed.

my buddy needed a new injector on his 05 because it was knocking bad so the service dept had to download the ecm and send it to star so it could be checked out for inconsistencies and sure enough nothing found injector replaced under warranty, matter of fact they did all 6 I was pretty surprised.

My thing is, if they "Store" previous values and what not, they'll see 120mph and 3500rpm. Tho, 3500rpm could be a "mis shift". and has happened to me when perfectly stock a few times.

naturally, anything over 108mph is "not stock".

You might have just spun a tire while climbing a hill on snowy roads, just for a second of course!!!!!

It is my understanding that when you go back to stock so does all the stored data, like manifold pressure, rpms, speed... and whatever else is stored.....
