Earn Your Stripes License Plate

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I just dyno'ed my truck and want to send in the money and dyno sheet to get the "Earn Your Stripes" front license plate. I saw it in the magazine, but cant find anything about it here, and dont know the address to send it to! Any help is appreciated!
