I wanna make BIO DIESEL... HOW???

US oil find

RWalker, I ran amalgamated (the TDR formula) 4 times always on a full tank and after about 1/2 tank used i would always develop a rough idle upon start up in the mornings or after letting the truck sit for 5 hrs, i could clear it by gassing it or driving aggressively for a couple of miles but the rough idle would always be back on first start up in mornings. The next tank with out amalgamated and running a bit of Sea Foam would clear the roughness to a smooth idle for the remainder of the tank (aprox 1300mi). Every time i used amalgamated i would get a rough idle i stopped using it after 4 tries and getting the same results. Could i have gotten a bad batch ???, i've run more than 20000mi with no additive and always a nice smooth idle, thanks for the help & info, James.

whn did you buy the additive

When did you buy the additive?

RWalker... .

I've run Amalgamated for about four years and wouldn't use anything else. I had tried Stanadyne, Red Line, Power Service, and Howes. Great product and people to deal with.

(No, I'm not affiliated)

I would say that you don't need to run an addative, but from my experience, it does clean up a little smoke and it makes me feel good to think that it may be keeping the internals a little cleaner.

Mr. Walker, i never expected a phone call from you, it is great to deal with professionals with superb customer service and people who stand behind their products. I have sent a sample back of my TDR formula to Amalgamated for testing and a call back from Mr. Walker told me that my left over TDR formula is still good, even after sitting for 6 months, we discussed other possibilities to my problem and gave me some leads & ideas of where to look try & test. I am also getting a sample for 2 tank fills of their new summer formula. Great people great company, thanks again Mr. Walker, James.
