Injection pump timing

’99 Ram manual transmission - rebuild or replace

So very true!
I wanted a blue chip pump just for this reason but the boss wanted to save 15 cents and now we are out here with a truck that won’t run and no one can tell us why . Can’t call blue chip now and say I bought a cheap pos my truck won’t run can you help me

We are all waiting for you to finally plug in that pump and start it.

so am I :confused::confused::confused::confused:! And when it starts and runs we are nu further ahead than we were a year ago becuce we still don’t know why it won’t run the way it should . Maybe with the ecm swap and the new harness plug we found the problem ?

This was the fuel flow before I changed the dead intank pump looks like a lot of air to me . Next thing I need to check is if it still has air after the module change .

This should be enough fuel to idle a v16 emd i would think ? I replaced the ecm and the connector to the injection pump . This is the first time since this happened that I could fuel to all 6 cylinders , I’ve bled and tried to start so long I need a new starter now but I think I’ve got it figured

I still say I’m starving for fuel . Next step is blow back through the supply line . Or hook the lift pump to a five gallon bucket full of fuel
