injector issues

i have 2004. 5 cummins when cold i start it and it misses till warmed up and smokes white and when im on the highways getting hard on it it gets a diesel knockthat comes and goes im pretty sure it an injector is there a way i can check them myself #@$%!

Not unless you operate a fuel injection shop. It must be done by either a dealer or a Bosch certified shop.

then i probably take in to the dealer here to see if they can figure it out
