Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) tension pulley

Whats the best way to change the tension pulley without taking off the lower radiator hose? Any help will be apprieciated.

Remove the whole tensioner, one bolt. Then get it out on the floor where you can deal with it. bg

Thanks for the input. I looked at that one bolt and thought the whole spring assembly would shot gun on me. Easy fix.
