I'm on the road right now, lol, so this is the only recent pic I have handy.
When I say HVAC has been a sore spot, it's because of the blend doors etc. It's been in the shop more for that than anything. I did lose a compressor at about 450,000.
The drive train was a problem until it went out of warranty and I replaced all of the OEM ujoints with NAPA joints. The transmission, x-fer case and diffs, get fresh fluid every 50-75,000 miles with Syncromesh, Valvoline ATF +4 and Mobile1 and have never been apart. The motor gets Rotalla T at 15-20,000 miles.
I sent the injectors to F1 for tips around 250,000 and Don did some minor repair work at the same time.
I've had 3 clutches put in it due to dried up release bearings. The first clutch I put in it was a NAPA (Brute Force I think), but it was too much clutch for backing smoothly or even leaving a stop on an uphill with a load. I went back to the OE clutches.
The front end has had 3 bearing units replaced, and it has been rebuilt with ball joints and rod ends once.
Other than that, a fan clutch, 2 power steering pumps, an alternator and a water pump has been about it other than tires and brake pads.
The seats, carpet, door hinges, arm rests and even the steering wheel leather have all held up really well.
