I was out on Carli's website the other day and saw that they now have lower ball joints and a new sway bar kit available for 3rd Gen Rams. Was wondering if anyone out there has tried either?

Yes, I got them both and am very happy with the steering. They also have uppers coming. Oo.

Totally cool! In what way has your steering improved over OEM equipment? Just curious. BTW, if / when you install the Carli uppers, please post and let us how having both upper and lower Carli ball joints performs.

They've had the uppers for a while now. The lower BJs are in the testing phase and will be available in 4-6 months. I was about to install my Dynatrac hubs the other day and my uppers are loose, So I have both on back ordered at Ploy Performance so I'll get them as soon as Carli releases them. I'm don't want to tear into the front in but once. The Sway bar is out and is supposed to be the shiznit. I'll be getting one of those too.

Torsion Sway Bar

I have been running the torsion sway bar for about 2 months now. It has certainly lived up to all the hype. I don't do any extreme offroad unless you count the rutted, potholed Spokane streets. The truck has a lot less body roll and handles a lot better in the curves. The axle seems to act a lot more independently from the truck. We have some really nasty dirt roads where we live. It's fun taking customers out (especially the one's with lifts) in my truck and then trying the same section in their trucks. It usually results in a Carli sale AND a happy customer. If anybody in the North West wants a test ride, let me know. We have dibs on one of the first Carli lower ball joints. We are going to do uppers and lowers on the mega cab at the same time. I will be happy to report back on how it does.

I have driven Sage's truck before and after the lower ball joint install, mind you his lower ball joints were still in spec. The difference shocked me. It was a much smoother steering truck after the custom lowers.

I am on the waiting list too.

I drove his truck too, it probably feels like a ***** bout now. :-laf

FYI: Carli's lower Ball joints are out as well as the new pricing.

Just ordered a set of the Carli's from KLM, as Carli is sold out already!

If they get here by Friday, I'll be installing Carli upper BJs, Carli lower BJs, the Dynatrac manual hub kit with 35 spline outers, and the Dynatrac locking hubs this weekend!
