ill do the injector lines, heater pipes and a few other things in black when i get more time

harbor freight coater and red powder, i have the black from there too but its satin, ill likely use the wet black i got online :D

so far so good, the wimpy air filter exploded about the 2nd time i used it so i eliminated it, otherwise it works fine, i have no other experience with powdercoating so i cant gauge this unit to others but it is easy to use and if you catch it on sale and use the easily found online and printed general 20% off coupon it gets pretty cheep. theres a vast array of powders on ebay and i ordered a box of stuff from ohio coatings and saved a ton on shipping by waiting for them to get back to me with a combined shipping amount instead of directly checking out i saved around $50 on a $100 order

I have been thinking about a H. F. power coat kit. how did you like it?

blasted them and degreased with brake cleaner like if i was painting them, should be locked up tighter then dicks hat band :-laf i did some playing around to see how good this stuff is in worst case by doing little to no prep and it lays out nice and is still pretty tough and usually handles anything but sharp impact during testing, i even got good results in testing on getting it to stick to a plastic bmw intake manifold

the Prep is the major key to powder coating the rest is easy
