I came across a 190 denso alternator that I want to install.
I am looking for some ideas on how to upgrade the charge cable to handle the extra power from the alternator. I have some 2/0 marine cable & ends laying around. Is it best to totally replace the cable from the alternator to the fuse panel? Do I keep the current charge cable and run a bigger one to the passenger battery & disconnect the cable from the fuse panel to the drivers sde battery? Do I need an inline fuse in addition to the 140 amp fuse in the fuse box?
