Megacab Headrest sleeve removal

Okay... really stupid question but HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE HEADREST SLEEVES FORM THE REAR SEATS???

We were installing my new leather upholstery and we can't seem to get the sleeves to come out of the rear seats! The front sleeves just pulled straight out but the rear sleeves are different. We cut the cloth to see what was going on and they are very different in their method of attachment. Does anyone know the secret password? I used alot of words but none of them are apparently correct!:{

Hint: Its so simple you'l pee your pants when you find the answer. It has to do with the release botton.

Could you please elaborate? We tried everything and even broke a couple apart to see what the hangup was and couldn't figure it out. Maybe we are THAT stupid?

Pull out on the little botton that you push in on, to release the

head rest.

head rests? not sure what you are refearing to. Theres got to be a way.

Yes... the rear headrest sleeves on a 60/40 bench in the MegaCab have different sleeves. One has the locking mechanism on it that I assume you are referring to in your previous posts, and then the other sleeve does not have the locking mechanism. How do you remove the non-locking sleeve?
