I just wanted to join in the fun. I traded my 2012 Ram Cummins for a 2016 Ram 4x4 crew cab cummins ( no air level system). it vibrated. it would come and go. 18 tires, three different brands, one new rear drive shaft, one new wheel, and at least a dozen road force balance jobs. The dealer offered to replace the truck and said that I should have ordered the air leveling system. I paid the difference and got a 2017 exact same truck. I went to get the 2017 truck and the dealer said just take both home and swap my stuff. the 2017 was worse than the 2016. it is February 6, 2017 and the truck is in the shop today. I put it in the shop this past Friday and the dealer road force balanced the tires and the tech and I took it for a 15 mile drive. We both drove it and it still vibrates. The vibration does come and go. if anything is resolved, I will let the group know.

What brand tire are you running?
i have played with the air pressure in both front and rear. When the tech rode with me we changed the ride height and it did not change the vibration. None of my air pressure changes made any change.
I'm running the factory Firestone Transforce AT. Front tires are currently set at 72psi and rears at 65psi (this is cold tire pressures). It sounds like the dealer needs to get Ram engineering involve with your issue, obviously you should not be having this issue with a new truck let alone two of them. I have had good success with Ram engineering getting involve when the dealer could not figure out issues with previous trucks I've owned.
Must ride like a brick truck with that much inflation empty. Put 60 in the front and 45 in the rear and take it for a ride! SNOKING
No, does not ride like a brick. Rear has air leveling system, rides and handles very well for a 2500. I'm sure I could get a little better ride with less air pressure but I prefer a compromise between ride and tire wear and so far this is working out quite well for me.
Have you gotten any news on fixing the issue I have a 2016 megacab sport with the same issue . Dealer just replaced drive shaft and said it still vibrates and nothing else they can do
