Remote Unlock works, but no horn or lights flash, plus LAMP OUT on dash

I'm not quite sure I follow. Are you saying that when you go to lock or unlock your truck remotly. That the lights will not flash with horn beep?

Correct. Truck still locks or unlocks remotely but now, No horn blow or lights flash when doing this. And I have a LAMP OUT light on the dash.

You may want to try and cycle these options off and back on again. In my 2005 owners manual starting on page 23. It tells you how you can turn off and turn on either the horn churp or light flash. Maybe somehow you inadvertently turned yours off. I don't think your lamp out light is connected to the light flash and chirp problem , At least I don't see how it can be.

I had the dealer turn off the honking and flashing lights before I left the dealership.
