I just went looking, as I had a bag with a couple of O-rings in it from recent projects... there were some return line fitting O-rings, size 8mm.... The primary line is 10mm, IIRC, on trucks after 91.5.... For some reason I think they may have been standard before that... 5/16 and 3/8"..... You should be able to match them up pretty close and they'll work.

Thanks a lot for the info..

Ok so I am at a major crossroads and can go either way.. I am building this W350 dually, and not sure if I am going to keep if dually of not. Of course I've already bought a set of 17" aluminum rims if I stay with a single wheel rear.. But it hit me today, they make "super singles" for big trucks.. Anyone heard of a super single for a dually pickup?? Right now I am planning to stay with the stock 16" wheels if I do go dually..

Ok so I've decided to keep the W350 a dually.. And I am going to add a 2" body lift, for ease of cleaning between the frame and body. I have to replace the steering shaft anyway, so I was thinking of going to the Borgeson Telescoping steering shaft.. Anybody have any experience with these?? Will it telescope enough to accommodate the 2" body lift?? Their website doesn't give much information on it's range..

Hey Andy Yes I have the same one on my truck with a 2 in body lift and everything is fine .The body lift just gives that extra space you need to work on thing's on the underside of the truck .

OK, I'm not even starting this off with "one more question" as everyday I come up with more questions.. I'm looking at the front leaf spring on my 92' W350 and on the rear of the spring the shackle goes up to a piece that is riveted to the frame.. I'm not sure what to call it, was told possibly is the "Hanger"?? What is it, and where can I get new ones, or can you replace the bushings in them?? Is that one or three questions?

Yeah they look pretty rough I would replace them if possible . Living in a Rust Free Area is Nice at times .the only thing we use rusty truck's for is Part's:-laf:-laf:-laf

Rust is a way of life around here! I am surprised the state of Maryland doesn't have high blood pressure with all the salt they use around here!!:-laf I'm gonna get it apart and do some measuring and see if the bushing is the same as the spring. Then I paint away with the rust converter!!

The Iron they are made of is good thick hit with a wire wheel and will clean right up, as for the bushings they are the same as the springs when I redid my front end I put poly bushings from energy suspension, they have a kit that comes with all the spring and hanger bushings.

Get on the Ram charger central site and there is a guy on it in New York that sells new hangers and bushings that are greaseible that have 5/8" bolts and thinker shackel hangers as well I used them and are a nice strong product , you just grind off the old one or pup them off with a air hammer I think the guy goes buy Red Ram , i think but he is on that site though all the time
