Yep and if the Mrs is happy riding in it then you got the best of both worlds. My uncle bought a first gen a few years back cause it was all he afford. He enjoyed the solo RV towing trips as my Aunt followed in the car.. My father in law bought a jacked up 12 V 2nd gen because he didn't want no *****'s truck. He too enjoyed towing and watching my MIL driving her car in the rear view mirror. I will give Sticks credit. He kept that 2nd Gen. I bet the wife prefers the 4th gen when she rides along LOL

Thank you, and no, she hates it. Sits too high, too hard for her to climb in and out. Thursday I will have running boards on it, and it will make no difference, she will still hate it because of that one time.

Once she finds out that it is getting better mileage than her Wrangler, it will turn into loathing.
