Does anyone have any information on this unit?

They are advertising 135 hp gain.

200 lb ft. of torque gain.

And increasing mileage 2-3 mpg!

Plus not leaving a foot print!!! All done by plug and play...

This all sounds to good to be true!!!

Can someone please tell me is this some thing to stay away from?

It scares me to think that I could be jeopardizing my extended warranty!

Just wondering

You ARE jeopardizing your warranty with any power adder. While the ECU cannot see what the box is doing the results are easily trackable. DTC's will trigger a lot of parameters, if they don't match what the stock program should generate, good luck explaining the discrepency. Youa re guilty until proven inoocent which is nearly impossible to do.

Run it if you like but don't expect miracles, if something goes wrong you might get lucky or you might not.

I did extensive testing on the module with the WItech for 3000 miles, the host vehicle has been logged form NEW, the Stryker did not violate the EPA compliance or emission tags, its now CDX registered, If I get some free Time I will schedule certification with National Vehicle & Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL)..... I have posted the info at CF.

I got to say, I have plenty of spare power with the 370/800 2013 engine.Even maxing the truck at 25K GCVW with 3:42 axles I have power to spare and zip me up 5%+ grades.. I cant imagine the 68 RFE being able to go to almost 500 HP and 1000 trq. Aisin maybe....After 100,000 miles and no warranty, I say go for it!!!!

What are you doing that you need more than 350/800? I pull 28K combined with that power.

You've been here since '01.

You had to have read at lease some of the 12v threads on fuel plates for the P-Pump, shower head nozzles, etc...Any thing to see just how far we can push the trucks, and all we managed to do was find the breaking point of each model transmission or clutch. I don't think we ever found the breaking point for the engine itself. Lots of 900hp/1800tq trucks out there that kept on going as long as the driver watched the temps. Not bad for something that was starting out from the factory in the low 200hp zone.

How about Carb certification? I am not sure what cdx translates to.
Do you have a link to the other forum write up-I don't go there much anymore?

Bob4x4, if I understand correctly, if 50 states legal meets CARB, I think. CDX, Central Data Exchange.

Okay, my eyes are bleeding after wasting 2 hours reading 54 pages of whining, crying, arguing and claims of 19mpg loaded at 73 mph!

In a nutshell, anybody here have one? Does it actually seem to increase fuel mileage (I'm interested in everybody's input) Anybody having any transmission issues with the 68rfe and towing?

T C Diesel was about the only one to post anything useful in the other forum, I intend on calling him and purchasing one if not two of these this week.

Do you remember the old saying from the 60's about cubic inches? Bigger is better and to much is just right! I guess that saying would work for some other things too! If you know what I mean! LOL!!!!
