I have a 2000 Dodge Ram ext cab 4wd 5 speed would anyone know if it has rear wheel ABS only or both front and rear? Seems this matters when getting the correct rubber brake lines for the front, thanks for your time.

You can follow your hard lines from the master cylinder down to the next stop. If its a large block with an electric motor on it, you have 4 wheel. If they end in what looks like a proportioning valve with small solenoids on it close to the master, you have Rear only. Also as snoking recommended, look for sensors at the front wheels.

Thanks for the reply, I found the paper work that came with the truck that shows everything on and about the truck, it has rear wheel only

I didnt think 4 wheel abs was available until 2001.5 or 2002.

Correct. The 2001.5 got rear disc brakes and they have 4 wheel ABS. The front wheel sensor wires piggy back on the brake hoses. SNOKING
