I've got a '98 2500 Quad Cab. The truck has about 257k on it. I purchased it in Texas and have taken great care of it. Upon purchase I had an armor coat bedliner sprayed in and also had the rockers done in armor coating. I also cleaned the entire frame and painted with POR15 as a preventative measure to our roads. Truck has a gooseneck, and I can tell you BOTH times I've hooked a trailer to it ;-).

Power windows, locks, towing flip out heated power mirrors (I have stock still), power seat, auto dimming mirror. Sliding rear window. Hot heat and ice cold (really really cold) A/C.

Maint:
Always Fleetguard filters
Oil with Valvoline Blue every 5k
New front end <5k ago - XRF parts with lifetime warranty
New axle u-joints <5k ago

Bilstein's all around

Winter front
Replaced the exhaust with the Silverline 4" turbo back system in the higher quality stainless. I've since added a donaldson muffler and a resonator as I prefer quiet.

Now lets not pretend that this truck is perfect. It is nearly 20 years old. It has a few minor dings. The front bumper has a dent in the left side. The rear bumper has a minor dent in the left side. The paint is really good, but not perfect. The front leather seats are torn (I have covers on them, not shown in most of these photos since I cleaned the entire truck and the covers are in the washer). The rear leather is nearly new looking. The dash has the typical cracks. There are a couple of tiny bubbles in the paint on the front of the left front fender and left rear fender.

Driven by a middle aged guy with kids - not beat on at all, rarely taken off a paved road. Rarely towed with (I had a 14' enclosed, recently upgraded to a 16' enclosed). Its pulled a gooseneck 2x in its life.

I'm nervous to let my super reliable 12 valve go, but this is a desirable truck and as much as I'd love to keep it another 8 years, I'd like something quieter and larger. You'll be hard pressed to find another 12v Quad cab in this great shape! Plus, I cleaned it all up for the photos and man it looks good!

Price: $14,000. Includes stock chrome rims. Toolbox negotiable.

Location - Vermont

SOLD! Mods please remove

Curious how much you sold it for if you don't mind sharing? Or you can shoot me a private message if you'd prefer. I just sold my 98 last week, judging by the photos condition is very similar with 100k fewer miles. I sold it for $9500. Could have maybe held out for a better price but as I found out banks typically don't do loans on older vehicles so you literally have to have cash in hand for transactions like this.
