I judge people by their or there moral convictions and standards , I could or couldn't care less, English takes on different or differs according to location or region. I have not seen anyone win a spelling contest on this forum and most don't joint to participate in one either.

I can understand that spelling may be pet pee to someone but to be critical of it is just un-called for.

I'll tip my hat to that.

Went in today for the track bar recall. No cracks and no further fix. Dealer said they would re inspect if I wanted at a later date . My recall calls for adding brackets the dealers does not . go figure

The current recall is to inspect the brackets for cracks. If they are cracked a team is dispatched to the dealer to weld or weld new brackets. If no cracks you are to wait until the brackets are available then they will contact you to return for the bracket install.

Are there any new updates on your experiences with this recall? Just got mine back Monday, and taking it back in today.... Ugh

Took my "X" truck in during the first recall. Inspected it. Was okay. Told to wait until the bolt on brackets got to the
Dealership. Since then I received three more recalls just like the first one. Again, told to wait. Other problems not taken care of.
Sick of this entire mess, lying, changing appt. dates, etc.
took my truck and traded it in for the top of the line, 2016 GMC 4x4 5' bed V-8 engine, all terrain. Drives like a sportscar, rides like any new car I ever bought. Love it.

Now selling my new Rubicon and IF the mechanics can install a complete new headliner
(After 3 tries) then selling the wife's new Toyota Avalon. DONE with ALL Chrysler/Toyota
Products. 10 dodges, 4 Toyota's in about three years+. That should mean something to
the dealership but I'm just another John Doe that the service manager just keeps stalling
Me. Good luck to you and all those on the forum.

WOW!!!!
I was actually on the GMC website the other day, contemplating trading mine in for the same exact thing you got! Like, do I REALLY need a diesel? Well, no, and if anything goes wrong with the GM 6.0, my husband (who owns a machine shop) can easily access and fix anything that goes wrong. He likes the LS motors anyway. Even put one in his airboat YEE HAW!

I took my Ram back in today because after SIX WEEKS ( I just picked it up Monday) of being in the shop for this mess, I drive it for two days, and the steering is WAY off, loose and feels like the shocks are out. Svc dept said it could be the steering dampener? IDK. Someone else in a different thread mention tie rod nuts..... IDK what to do. This is the second shot though. Three strikes and they're OUT!!!

I had the R46 brackets installed a couple weeks ago although the welds were fine. No issues with the installation or driveability afterwards.

Mine is in there now getting the track bar, bolt on brackets installed. No cracks in mine so far. The truck went in for an on going steering issue and they are replacing the steering gear box as well this time. Hope it solves the problem. They also had two more updates to flash the computer. Never could get the dead pedal problem resolved by them. I'm still driving my 2004.5 and enjoying trouble free diesel driving for now. Eventually I will sell my hobbies/trailers that require heavy duty pickups and chalk it up to EPA and poor design. But I will keep my '04 for a ranch truck and the ever so often heavy tow needs. After all the problems this is the last RAM for me as well. I just don't know what new truck is trouble free. Hear bad things about all of them.

My brackets were installed with no problems. As I've said before, I have a good dealer and have never had a problem with any updates or repairs in the 30 years I've been going there.

Death wobble.

I haven't been under the 4th gen 4x2 trucks, but isn't it independent front suspension on the 4x2? If so, no track bar since a trackbar keeps a solid axle centered.

Hi guys I'm have really bad death wobble in my 13 3500. I have changed axle joints and ball joints and stablizer shock with all oem parts.
Does anyone have any advice. Thanks Jerry

Ok thanks. So I can just change the bushing. Im dropping it off at dealership tomorrow and I'll see what they have to say. Thanks for the help.
