Have about 7500 miles on the truck now, when driving the driver's door above your head rattles/ wind noise. It sounds like the door is not latched. When you get a big crosswind it howls. When driving you can push on the upper part of the door and it will get louder.Checked the door latch, not adjustable. Anyone else have this issue.

No issue here, but sounds like you might have to take it to a body shop. My ‘06 had what you describe and I took it to a local shop. They fixed it in about 5 minutes for a case of beer.

My 2012 3500 dually, 2013 2500 , 2013 Dually and my now 2016 3500 all did/do that. Minor air hiss on the drivers door.

My 2018 2500 does it too, I don't get the wind noise but when I go over bumps it rattles like it's not closed completely, need to take it to the dealer. I notice I can push on the outside on the door and I do get some movement, but when I push on the passenger door it's solid, no movement .

You should be able to loosen the hinge bolts that are on the top hinge and into the cab and move that hinge in towards the cab a hair then tighten them up again and try it out. May need a few attempts to get it right.

Please no, that is the wrong way for this.
Hinges an latch is to set the door panel level to the fender and the rear door panel.
the upper window frame needs to be bent into its final position.
had to do this on almost every vehicle (most are Old) that I've ever had.

check out YouTube for it, plenty of videos for this.

Yes, true. Unless it happens to be out of alignment at the door panels etc. Some times it doesn't take much movement to solve the issue and still not be noticeable at the fenders.

I don't think that a door right from factory is out of spec bolted on that brand new truck.
But a not perfectly bent window frame that happens sometimes even on an Audi or a Benz.
