Not much movement last week. My value dropped $450 at the beginning of the week and came back up $450 yesterday so no overall movement.

My house in NW WA last September was $666,000 on Zillow, now it's $846,000.

I know there are vehicle shortages right now because of chip shortages among other things. I decided just for grins and curiosity to check the NADA value on my truck because I keep hearing about how much even used cars have gone up.Are people actually paying these prices for used vehicles?

I was surprised at the increase in pricing of electrical components since LAST YEAR! I purchased an hvac control for a GMC truck last spring and had to replace the same switch a year later and it had gone up 65%. I miss orange man.

almost everyone i know miss him too. fuel, food, lumber, etc are all nuts high now. everything is perfect ( sarcastic ) cheers!

LOL - fuel in denver was 2.15 gallon in november last year. now its 3.30 - happy friday. cheers!

Roads where empty in Nov, now people are driving. Pure supply and demand in operation. This time last year the price of a barrel of oil was negative so refineries shut down. Now demand is back and it takes time for supply to ramp up.

RV prices, home prices... I called up the Good Sam insurance and changed the policy's Actual Cash Value number. It was $2k lower than I paid for it used in 2016. They had zero problems doubling it's ACV and I am not sure I could get a used one for the new ACV.

Well gents, setting political ideology aside as we should on this forum my 18 with cap and only 27k miles came in at 60k. If I sell it to an individual then the max care can be transferred and similar to a certified and then closing in on 63k.
It's tempting!
