Holy smokes! I just checked some prices of Cadillac CTS Vs on some of the car sites. NADA only lists mine at $28,000 but on these car sites (car gurus, autotrader) older years and 20k more miles are going for over 40k, A lot are 45k. Mine has 747HP to the wheel, not quite stock.

Average trade in: 62.2K
Clean trade in: 63.9K
Clean retail: 68.7K
Sticker: 70.3K
What I paid: 56K

Compare the value estimates and you tell me.
I think the NADA is pretty over-inflated after checking around on trade values.

The numbers from either book are speculative......what a dealer will actaully offer is the most accurate number available....

I have yet to find any NADA values on 4500’s or 5500’s.

They pretty much used the 3500 DRW of same trim level and mileage. Came out about what I thought it should be for the truck.

I haven’t traded a rig in years, but have had a few conversations with dealers about it. They all pulled up NADA.

Many years ago I used KBB, but after every dealer I went to used NADA I quit even looking at KBB.

Dealers ar not coming off MSRP and some are even $10,000 higher than MSRP

Just sold my Curt Gooseneck ball kit to a local guy. He just bought a '20 Ram 2500 Bighorn w/23k miles. He tried to buy a new 2500 Tradesman, sticker @$55k, the dealer told him they were adding $7K to that price.
