That could be. I was thinking of a friend that repairs United Site Services trucks and he replaced the seat as the poop pumper guys are constantly in and out of their rigs but the RAM 5500 was around a 09 model most likely without seat bags.

It's a real powerhouse, it'll do close to 80!
Been in storage for almost 30 years.

I need a new windshield , mine got broke up in Montana this summer . I assume at that price the one you got is aftermarket ? I am going thru my insurance on a new one ,so I will ask for an OE .

I ordered a OE for my LongHorn thru Crystal Chrysler. $100 deductible later and no hit on my ins I had a nice quality OE windshield. LOTS of junk out there!!!

I talked to Autoglassonly yesterday on the phone about a OEM windshield , they do have the replica with Ram Logo on the passenger side ,and all ,but its still aftermarket . I believe I will pursue OE .

I have never gave these windshields much thought on replacement until a friend up in Montana mentioned be careful what they replace it with when I told him I was going to get it replaced when I got home .

Well, aftermarket makes no difference to me, it is the second one to be installed, first was safelite and that was about 3 years ago, got rock chip and then cracked before I could get the chip fixed. Safelite price nearly doubled, and I'm selling this truck so cheapest one is best for me.

you will regret the aftermarket as they get pitted far easier.

just schedule it and tell them to contact your insurance company.

Just had mine replaced yesterday thru Safelite and it was an OEM windshield! My cost was $0. It pays to have comp coverage with glass just for such occasions. Tech came to house and was done in just over an hour.

Is there a way to know ? Talking with autoglassonly, they have a replica ,but said it was not OEM , but still had the Ram logo ,and whatever else .
