Came out to Scottsdale from pa trailer in tow. On the way here the the mileage started dropping a litt and the pedal seemed a bit soft. (Like you had to give it more pedal to accelerate than normal)
Everything else seemed normal but I noticed a slightly rough idle.
once I started looking into it a bit. I noticed that when
You bring the idle up to about 13-1500 it has a definite shake. Almost feels like a miss.
power is decreased. Almost like you have a decent load on it. And no cel.
looking for a decent dealer in the area or ones to stay away from. Any help would be appreciated.

Looking for recommendations on dealers in Scottsdale.

Just on the most recent tank of fuel?
Negative. Have been through the bad fuel issues on my 05. I believe it is the added load of the trailer that made the issue stand out. I think the issue has been slowly creeping up. But unloaded harder to notice.
Back home with the cold temps harder to pick up the mileage loss. The miss or skip is new

Been there one time.. I leave myself an out every time now with my nose so I can drive right on out. Looks like Austin Powers time.

It was a total Austin powers moment. Drop trailer drop drag over recover testical. Move truck re hook. Then them come out. Now on to finding a dealer. Just hate to pick a bad one. Not sure you can really trust online reviews. At least I still have the max care. First step may be calling ram cares.
and just got news from home dw had to have surgery this morning. Came through well. when it rains it pours.
 
I bought mine at Larry Miller in Surprise they have been OK so far but nothing but recalls and an oil change. I'm no help in Scottsdale....
People are assholes everywhere I had this done to me in NY last winter.

Did bench diag with a good buddy of mine. He is one of those rain man type of mechanics. (He is the problem solver at the dealership he works at). We both came to the conclusion that it is probably an injector and running lean. Lean miss.
Should be able to figure out with a balance/contribution test.
The dealers the dw found near me are Larry miller ( as Odinjunior said)and Chapman dodge in Scottsdale.
Will be getting into that tomorrow. Try and see who leans more towards the truck side of vehicles.
May have them also take a look at the tbv as the transmission get warm when you stop moving. Even in park and neutral. Cools down when you get on it a bit. Acts like a flow issue. Will keep updating this thread as a record.
Should be in town for at least a week. Picking up a couple of 55-57 t birds and parts. Mostly f code stuff. And nos. Have a transporter for the cars. Just have to haul about 6 y blocks and whatever parts I can carry.

FWIW,.. when my EGR valve was failing on my 2020, two dealers looked and could not figure it out "with a CEL code" for low boost. It wasnt until it failed and the truck was almost not drivable until they were able to find and fix the problem.
 
Have you changed out your turbo actuator yet? Sounds like what happened with mine until it finally stuck hard enough and threw a code. Replaced the actuator with City Diesel Actuator and the problem went away.
