I like the Centramatic balancers. I have been using these since 2010. Along with proper alignment the truck tires have worn evenly across the tread and I have not seen any cupping of the tire tread. Always make sure you hear the media in the balancers when you spin a tire. I did have one go bad which caused the truck to shake. They warrantied the balancer. This happened several years ago.
I even run the balancers on our travel trailer.

Does anyone know where I can get a tire load chart to adjust tire pressure for front and back based on actual gross weight?

Google is your friend.
Just dial in the tire specs. Brand of tire doesn't matter as they have the same pressures mandatory for the same weight.
For example "225/70-R16 108H - pressure chart"
Again, brand or thread doesn't matter, any chart you find for the >exact< same tire size and spec is yours.

I was curious what the limit is on the centramatics. I have 33x12.50R15 BFG KO2s on 10" wheels on my bronco... they are impossible to keep balanced. I was thinking about beads as AH64ID has used, but was wondering if this would work... Still thinking might be the way to go on the ram

They work on my 35".. so go for it.

Size matters less then production quality of the tire itself. Get a high end tire they need usually very little weights. Get a China something and you'll need a lot of weights.
And an out of round tire will always beat, no matter how good he's balanced.

I have a 2022 Ram 2500 with factory 20’s and air ride. Bone stock. I just ordered Nitto Recon Grapplers in 285/65/20 base on the size suggestion of AH64ID. I get installed next Monday. When I get them on I’ll post some pics and feedback on any rubbing and what not. Tire shop said they’re going to use balance beads, never used them before so we’ll see how that works.

Looking forward to the pics... I think those are the tires I'm going with next, I plan to use the Centramatics tho but I too have 20s on my 3500. I was saddened to learn that they do not make a balancer for my Bronco, (or any F150) so I guess I need to figure out the whole balance bead thing, (how much, how to install, etc) because the vibration of the 35s on my Bronco is driving me crazy.

@bcbender, Did you call and ask about them? I see that they have 5 & 6 bolt with 4.5" & 5.5" bolt circle listings. What are the bolt circle and lug count? Should be able to match up with another application. I know they are made for the larger weight classes and trailers.

Was wondering about that too.
Maybe the brake is to close to the factory rims to put the ring in between.
That's the only thing I can think of preventing Centras to be mounted.

A spacer may be needed could be another factor as tehy say it's needed in some applications. I know I like the ride they provide me on my truck!

I called them and asked for the Bronco, they said no, then I asked about F150, they said no as well [ same chassis parts ]... seems like they are trailer balancers? I have not had a chance to pull a wheel on my bronco to see what the interference would be, I am already running 15x10 wheels with 33x12.50s and don't really want or need them to stick out farther. I may ask around about balance beads as a solution. Going to go after the 3500 balancers tho. As I really don't think beads and TPMS sensors would get along that well.

Just installed a set of new Falken WildPeak AT3W (295/70-18/Factory wheels) and a Lorenz Industry Performance Suspension. I usually run BFG's, but I've read a lot about these WildPeak's. I can say, these ride remarkably well. I just completed a 1500-mile trip up North, and they ran flawlessly. As far as the suspension. I would put the Lorenz up against Thuren or Carli. I've had the Thuren and for the money and quality, Lorenz hands down would be my pick. This is my second Dodge/Ram I've installed the Lorenz kit on. The first was my 2005 5.9 Cummins. Night and day difference in that ride as well. I'd recommend the tires and suspension without hesitation. Lorenz will not break your pocket like the others will. No affiliation here, just a believer in the product and happy customer. Hope this helps someone!

Additionally, I need to say. There is NO ONE out there that can touch Sean Lorenz's customer service. He has been a member on this platform for many years and he still will answer emails, calls or texts and all your questions. If you email him, he will email you back and offer his number to go direct. This is something I've never experienced with any of the other companies.

Nice looking truck!
Was the lift necessary to fit the 295's? My truck is stock with the auto level air suspension.
I have not found the Falken tires around here (Northern Michigan) yet. On back order at Discount Tires & Bell Tires. I did notice that Simpletire.com has them & will ship for free. I might go that route.

i have used non biodegradable airsoft bb's to balance tires before. i have also used tire balls from an MX shop, i have also used antifreeze.
the ballance beads for use in semi's works great. but they are harder to recover when breaking down the tires.
6-8 oz per tire was used.

Thank you! As far as the 295's, I couldn't honestly tell you if they would fit without a leveling kit. I would think they should though. I didn't go with 35's due to a couple factors. Load rating and expense. From my shopping experience, it seemed the 295' were a little cheaper and place me between stock size and 35's. Plus the load rating was better and I needed this because I pull a TT. I put the leveling on it due to a harsher than what I like ride with the leveling blocks up front. I just bought the truck and decided to replace the shocks, tires, added the Leer and I will install the Airlift bags this weekend once back home from working out of town. Not sure if this helps or answers your question, but from my research, it seems the 295 would work on stock suspension, unless someone else wants to pipe in.

Good selection. You'll be fine.

@TunTavern1775 and @Regcabguy ,
Thanks for the info. I ordered the 285/75 but I think I will change to the 295/70. I like that option better.

Regarding the Airlift bags, you might consider installing accumulator tanks to soften the harsh ride if the bags. I did this on my 2006. I used 4" schedule 80 pvc pipe about 3' long (2 pcs) with end caps and treaded the air fittings in the end caps. 2 pcs of pipe on each side of the frame tucked in out of the way. Hope this make sense. I remember an article in one of the older TDR issues regarding this. Original author used a ping tank I believe.
