2013 ram 3500 6.7 remove front axles rh ???

These numbers may have changed, but this is what's listed on the diagram:

• #6 is 4137740AB Bushing, Axle Shaft

• #7 is 4506005 Seal, Axle Drive Shaft

• #9 is 4116366 Seal, Axle Drive Shaft

I’m pretty sure it’s 100 ft/lb.

I keep finding different answers with each search. maybe someone has access to FSM or similar. I will be closing up as soon as I know the torque is correct

I used a torque wrench when I pulled apart and they did move around 70, so 80 seems believable. maybe ill go 85 in case lol thank you everyone for the help.

AAM 11.5 rear is 175ft/lb

the thread is about the 13 SRW 4 door 3500 4x4 like the title says, I torqued the carrier bearing caps at 85, hopefully that is close as I did measure them around 70 before dismantling.
I did try and ad this truck to my profile also but wasn't able to figure that out. I still have the old trusty 99 as well.

@aerialimage , I apologize that I came in late on your thread. The diagrams I posted and any info I gave was for the ‘99.

According to AllData, bearing cap torque on the 11.5” AAM is 207 ft/lb. You better retorque them.

Front Axle, that's the rear axle.

I think your a little over at 85, but probably fine. What I see is 63ft lbs.

I got 63 ft/lb for the front directly from AAM. I had emailed them when I changed the gearing in my ‘14. When I posted 100 earlier, that was just off memory and I was wrong

Not only you, wrong Signatures have fooled me more then once. Keep them updated please.

Thanks everyone! Re torqued bearing caps to 63ft pounds! Super awesome Carli Ball joints are in, new seals are in! Only need to press new joints in axle shafts and she will be back putting in work!
