Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) correct fuel pressure?

12 valve won't start

At what micron rating?

I have no idea. The point is it has been proven over the last two decades that the fuel heater on a 12 valve is worthless and is the cause of multiple problems. Perhaps that is the reason why the fuel heaters on over valved engines are considerably different.

Dodge put that stupid heater in there,NOT Cummins,it does NOTHING good,if anybody thinks that this little heater plate will change ANYTHING in fuel temperature by the time it goes through line to the filter, then the filter, then the pump.LOL..i'm in cole weather to,and i haven't had that thing on in decades, dont wait until you look out the window and see your truck on fire,i caught mine in time,if not,the truck would have burned along with my house next to it,

Are you discrediting all fuel heaters or just the 12V one?

Cummins/Fleetguard has plenty of fuel heaters so it’s not just a Dodge thing.
