I have a 06’ 2500 2wd. I recently put a lot of work into it and I plan on getting EFI live but I’m curious as to what are my potential numbers I could pull with these mods.

mod list,
Stealth STR turbo (47ish lbs boost)
ATS proflow manifold
Banks intercooler system with horn (3.5in tubing)
104lb 4.5k springs
Stage 2 push rods
ARP 425 head studs
BBI stage 1 injectors (24hp over stock)
Fass 165 with beans sump.
Banks before turbo intake with super scoop
Smarty JR ( SW 3 with torque at 2 and timing at 4)
Bd diesel throttle sensitivity booster

I have trans work but I’m looking to see what kind of power number I could reach with this current setup.

Any information would help! Thank you.

BBI’s rate in %flow over stock not hp over stock.

You should be around 500-525 rwhp with that setup. I made 550 with the BBI stage 1’s in my 05 with similar duration to the Smarty Jr but more aggressive timing and a few other tweaks. I was only making mid 30’s on boost but had a cam so boost was lower than stock, my tow tune barely made 30 psi but ran very cool since airflow was way up over stock.

With EFI Live you could make more, but it may get hot.

The larger intercooler probably helps once up to high boost, but likely increases turbo lag on the bottom end.

I’d ditch the throttle sensitivity booster, especially if you do custom tuning.

You are correct about the BBI. I meant to say flow over stock lol. Thanks for the estimations. I just have to find time to go get EFI live put on and dyno tune it. I’m trying to do all I can to make sure EGT’s don’t get outta control. Plus I’m not a big fan of “rolling coal” so i try to keep it as clean as I can.

You don’t need to dyno tune unless you’re mainly after max peak hp. You spend so little time at WOT that daily driving tuning is far more important, at least it was to me for all the years I tuned.

What’s between idle and WOT is the mark of a good tune.
