I'm in Los Alamos Ca. about 50mi North of Santa Barbara. .
I ordered the truck in Feb 98 form Dodge Fleet Sales on the Web. They called and asked if I wanted the 12v or 24v. I went 24v and took delivery in July 98. So, I'm sure it's first run 24v ISB. Completely built in Mo. USA woo hoo !! I...

FASS FP install
Dirk,
I believe your FASS will come with the all fittings you need for an arrary of different installation senarios. Mine did.
After loosing a VP44, I went extremist, I got a dual FP guage setup . Mechanical isolators, mounted on the firewall. I connected the isolators to...
Little off topic . . but I see must of you in this thread have dyno'd your rigs. . I can't seem to locate a dyno near me . I'm on the central Ca. Coast near Santa Barbara. I'd love to see where I'm w/ HP & torq. After all the Mods I've done I can bust the duallies loose on 2-3rd. gear shift. Any...
Hi All,
Finally have my truck at the power range that works for me. Now I'm looking into adding an over/under Drive unit. I pull a gooseneck 4 horse w/ living quarters @ 12k Lbs +/- . Short and long haul trips. I'd really like to tach about 1. 8 -2k @ 70+ . I've had a GearVendors O/U Drive...
I wouldn't worry a lot about the isolator breaking. If it did the positive FP would push fuel into your gauge. If it did back flow it would be so diluted by the fuel it would still burn off. Considering when I did mine there was less that 1cc of antifreeze in the isolator & tubing. When you fill...
I found metal shavings in my filter also, after my wife was stranded by a no start. I had just replaced the lift pump 10k mi. prior! This was first of many problems ending in a VP44 replacement. I dumped the whole stock fuel system when with a FASS , new fuel lines, and a guage. You may want to...

I just installed one . A CarQuest (Fleetguard # AH19037) equiv. bout $45. As per TMWeber, I installed the same way. The inlet Collar fit perfect and was made of strong hard plastic, I tried to crush it but couldn't, I just used the stock clamp. There was a bit more whine from the turbo but worth...
