sounds like a pain. i have decided to rebuild the transmission first, if the cost on parts is to high i will have to go with a good used transmission. from dodge a transmission is $5000, and just one of the gears i need is $500 so i need to do some shopping for used trans and some none dealer parts. look to see if there is any smoke out the tail pipe, gray or black. if no smoke look for fuel shut off solenoid movement when the key is turned on. If no smoke fuel is not being turned on, if some smoke could be an air issue, i am not familiar with the code but can look it up in a couple of days.
