It's the front axle u-joints. If you are spinning the tire while it is pointing straight ahead than even a COMPLETELY seized u-joint will rotate freely. Sorry about that. It's an '04 305/555 6spd dually w/ 75,000 miles. I threw code p0622 as soon as the box was installed. I looked the code up but can't figure out what it means or relates to. I never use the box unless the truck is up to operating temps. ChuCk
