Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 0122 code

Truck parked for three weeks, upon start-up got check engine light & 0122 code could it be because of the down time or is my APPS going south for the winter? TIA

I got that code with a failing APPS. Does your throttle act up? If so, a new APPS might be in the near future.

You can try to recalibrate the APPS by Disconnecting the batteries for 4 hours (or overnight). Reconnecting them, turning on the ignition, and slowly pressing the accelerator to the floor, then back.
