'06 mega cab/Fuel mileage

What kind of fuel mileage has every body been getting on their Automatic's vs. the 6 spd. tran. How much improvement did the smarty give you on fuel mileage,or other up grades.

i have an 06 auto with 37k and drive it pretty hard. im not easy on the skinny pedal and was getting high 12's for milage with stock filter and exhaust , no programmer.



now recently i got a speeding ticket and have slowed down and purchased a Smarty set on level 3. i am getting 16. 7 now. not sure if the Smarty did it or me slowing down.

Smarty on level 3. DDP Honed injectors. 6spd manual, 18mpg empty. 11-12mpg when towing at 20k gross.

'06 QC 4x4 6spd with 26k on the odometer. I am getting between 18. 5-19 mpg hand calculated with Smarty Jr. on #1 economy mode and mix of 60% stop and go city/ 40% hwy(65mph). I'll get almost 21 mpg when running entirely hwy. The Smarty Jr. added about 1 mpg. Truck is stock other than Sm Jr and I run with the bed empty most days.

I get about the same as the others, right at 20mpg or a touch more if I can keep it under 70MPH. Not sure what kind of mileage the auto's get, but it is very similar.

I am getting around 14-15 combined highway 80% /city 20% driving. I am only getting 10. 5 dragging the boat around and it only weighs around 5k combined with trailer.

I have an 06 Mega Dually / G56 -3. 73with 60k on it and my average in town is 18. 1. On the highway I get around 16k empty..... I like to let that Cummins breath a little when rolling on the open road. Havent got a Smarty yet... . lottery pending. ;-)
