Cummins Announces B20 Approval

10 miles = 16 cents?

It's $1. 91 in RI, but just into Massachusetts it is $1. 75. Has to be some type of state tax??? Needless to say, I filled up in Mass;)

Those 300ga off road fuel tanks here are looking better every day. they are all over the project,no locks, powered and ready to go!!!

fuel prices

Don't feel bad, diesel in Miami, Fl is at $ 1. 85 a gallon. I fiiled up last week and it was at $ 1. 67. Needless to say, smaller injectors are going to start looking good when I start paying over $ 2. 00 a gallon for diesel.

this sucks!!how come diesel is 10 cents more than gas? it went up from 157. 9 to 179. 9 in two weeks. they said get readt to pay over $2. 00 soon!

I just saw 1. 95 here in Pennsylvania last night. You have to be kidding!

35 cents more than gas. My gasser buddies are going to have a great time with this!:(

About 11 miles from my house, there are two major fuel dealers. Both of them run a fuel station/convenience store. The gas prices are the same (1. 47, 1. 57, 1. 67) but the diesel at one is 1. 75 and the other is 1. 59. Can you say g-o-u-g-e? I see school buses fueling at the highest priced pumps, so maybe the schools are paying the most money and don't know it.

I originally posted last week, we went from from approx $1. 65 to $1. 85 to now over $2. 00 per gal. That is criminal

Going UP...

I really don't mind the increase in price if it is somewhat gradual but I paid $1. 56 on Friday and $1. 75 this morning and was told it is going to $1. 85 tonight...

Yikes!!!!!!!

$1. 79 - $1. 83 here in N. H.

The problem with the proces is not Iraq as much as Venezuela oil shortages.

Guess I'll be taking the VW to work for the forseeable future and park the truck.

But don't dispair too much ... after Saddam is just a greese stain somewhere in the desert and the wells are secure, we may see

Diesel ... . 69. 9 :D

at the pumps before the end of the year.

$1. 589 at Gretna, NE (Flying J) - Filled up Feb 8th (saturday) and was worried that the price was going up soon since all the local places here in Omaha are $1. 65-$1. 75

I'm going to hate to see the price over $2. 00, but seems like every time the local news reports about the price, seems like the local stations raise the price up another 10 cents.

I'm thinking the wifes of the Oil guys are wanting a hummer (H2) - so they have to jack the prices up to afford it without having to suffer other setbacks.

Oh well, I'd still have to pay $1. 65 on gas anyway since I wouldn't drive 16 miles to fill up...

I had fueled up Sunday pm (at 1. 69) in anticipation of the snow we were s'posed to get Monday early a. m. Well, it didn't start until 6:30 am or so. So I'm out putzin' around and one of my subcontractors calls me and sez, "Better fuel up, 'cause diesel is going up to 1. 79. " A dime increase in less than 24 hours. Gassers definitely have the price advantage, but am still comfortable with the Cummins efficiency. :D

Hopefully we don't have too much winter left, but I wouldn't count on it. Single digit lows tonight again.

I always find it interesting how the prices increase on the same fuel in the stations tanks. You know, one day it's 1. 65 and the next it's 1. 70 but they have not had a new fuel delivery. They are just charging more for the same fuel because they can get away with it. :{
