Cummins Announces B20 Approval

Fueled up in Hess on Rt 37 in Toms River, NJ on Sunday. 1. 62/gal

I drive by a station on my way to/from work every day.

Friday morning they were 1. 54/gal

Monday morning they were 1. 80/gal

I was paging through some old news papers at work yesterday. November 02.

Heating oil was . 72 a gal.

Wish I mortgaged the house then bought oil futures with it. :-laf

I checked on my way home from work last night. It's $1. 59-9 for diesel here in UT. I filled up last week and it was $1. 42! Fuel prices are generally lower here in Salt Lake because the refineries are just north of town and most of the crude comes from the local area (UT & WY) but they are going up just as fast as in the rest of the country!

Filled up Tuesday evening at Shell it was 1. 62 had 1/8 tank and it was 50. 00+ came by there this morning on my way to work it was 1. 69:--)

IN the past 3 days my one and only fueling station the price has gone from 1. 48 to $1. 58!!! Geeesh! Red Diesel doesnt sound so bad now!

I've been taking some time off, but now I'm getting ready to go back to work for a while. This is gonna suck, $400 fill ups hear I come. :--)

I am seriously considering the trip weekly to Wy. I may go invest in a 100 gallon transfer tank, it wont take long to pay for itself considering I drive 1,000 miles a week between Denver and Greeley!

Unfortuneately, I think that's wishful thinking pit bull. The price of oil is still hovering at recent highs or making new ones. I'm not too hopeful of prices going down until the Iraq and/or Venezuela problems have some kind of resolution. :(

I would think that in a few weeks when we have all of the oil wells in Iraq in our possession the price should go down

don't come to CA looking for cheap fuel, while I am able to fill up for $1. 69, there are places towards the Bay area ( Fairfield) where the price at the Shell station @ Rockville Rd@ I80 is $2. 25. 9 and you get to pump it yourself

only 25 or so miles from the refinery in Benicia/ Martinez.

Its also right next door to a large Ford dealership, wonder what it is doing to sales of the PSDs there... ... .....

Are you sure they aren't pumping the customer? I just hope they're using protection, I hear it's easy to get aids in that part of the country.

Yesterday in the Boston Area I saw $1. 979. I remember when I first started driving Premium (leaded) was $. 279 a gallon. I don't think we will ever see that again!
