16 side steps on my 11

Trying to get some running board mounted up on my 11 Cummins that were apperantly off a 16 but the more I look at em seems like maybe there were from a different truck ha, the mounts don't line up which isn't a big deal I could fab something up but it doesn't seem like the come out of the truck far enough, seem right to anyone with full length boards?

Seems about the same as the ones I had on my 04.. barely enough to get a foot on

I'll get some shots of the aluminum ones on my truck tomorrow. Might help you with what to make. Mine are 2 piece but mount points should be the same.
