Anyone know if my 1992 12 valve will 250 2wd engine and mounts will bolt in to the 82' w350 frame?

Will the stock springs up front need upgrades even though it's a 1 ton ? With the 12 v going in

What's the Max tire size I can run with the stock suspension? I may do a lift kit . Would I need spacers up front ?

Going by 30-year-old memories so don't consider these facts...
I think Ram used different frames in 89-93 trucks based on engine and wheelbase; the long bed Club Cab had the tallest rails? People have done 2WD/4WD conversions (https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/forums/1st-gen-ram-all-topics-93/1990-d250-w250-314771/page10/) but I don't know if the 2WD engine crossmember will bolt right in.
There was little difference between front springs 250 or 350 diesel, but I would work on the assumption you will need new springs. A B5.9 and associated hardware, battery etc. probably weigh 300-500 pounds more than whatever the '82 came with?
My '92 W250 fit 33/12.50-16.5 on 9.75 wide wheels with just a little trimming at the bottom corners. The lift is irrelevant unless you put in a longer bump stop. Not sure what you mean by "spacers" but don't use blocks on the front leafs, and wheel spacers would only add to your problems.
