Laptop Computer Questions?

Guns, Bows, Shooting Sports, and Hunting .338-378 Weatherby?

I used to install 2-way radios in the late 80's and I'll bet with that kind of wattage it is in the low band range (~30 Mhz). You can turn them down depending on the model.

You should have an FCC license with that kind of power.

Check out some of the HAM radio sites, they can probably give you more info.

Good Luck :)

The Radio is 440-470mhz. I have looked al over to see if it can be down rated. But I have not found anything for it so far.

WOW! I have never seen 110 Watt radios in the UHF band.

The tuning techs used to remove the outer cover and there were some slotted pots you could turn to adjust the wattage.

Have you looked on the web for a manual?

You could call the company I used to work for in Illinois:

Radco Communications Inc - 630-858-5212. They are pretty cool guys and may be able to help you.
