I have owned and sold 2 model year 2001 CTD trucks and 2 model year 2002 CTD trucks that were almost flawless. I wish I still had all 4, but did good money wise. The value of these trucks blows my mind.
I have never looked at or owned a 2000 and was wondering what the differences if any between 00, 01 and 02. Any data or links to older posts where this may have been touched on would be great. some examples of the top of my head are:
(all 98 mentioned are 24 valve)
If I remember right, there are certain build differences.
98-99 had steel chrome clad wheels, while 00-02 had aluminum wider wheels
98-99 had a additional sensor(I think crank) that 00-02 blocks did not.
98 had a different light switch.
98-00 had grey magnesium valve covers.
Any data would be helpful!!
