If you already bought it, don't kill the messenger , 2013 2500 has the same frame, DL steering, suspension form 2003-13, it has the new engine and (SCR) that's about it, so anything you want to know you have 10 years of history and that's a good thing.

Ram and Cummins do not recommend any fuel additives except anti jell for extreme cold. As long as you run clean #2 diesel you do not need to add anything else.
