New ISSPRO Gauge Question

Got my first CEL today. Nothing on the EVIC. Just a light and a chime. I have the push button start, so is there any way to check the code?

Won't be able to go to the dealer til Friday. Truck runs fine, all gauges are in normal range.

Thoughts?

seems like O2 sensor harness is having some issues. i've read about 3 or 4 in several forums on 2013s. Minor issue, big inconvenience!

Start cheap and easy. Make sure your fuel cap is on tight. I've nothing past that! Good luck.

It may be an unimportant code or it could be one that blocks a regen. Get it looked at before it becomes a problem. It should be no charge at a dealer

Took the truck into the dealer. Had several codes present. The service manager couldn't explain it exactly, but basically the computer thinks that the DEF system isn't metering DEF properly. Apparently everything is working properly, the computer just doesn't always know it. He contacted STAR and they have a flash coming in a few weeks to correct several problems including mine.
Another code said the transmission has low line pressure. They're going to address that when I come back for the reflash. I've noticed when I first try to move the truck after its sat for a while, it doesn't act like it wants to move. Takes 10-12 seconds for it to finally go. After that, no problems.

Make sure that line pressure is well documented. Low pressure when cold and first moving could result in lots of wear to various expensive parts inside. That could result in major transmission problems down the road. If you can get away with not driving until that flash, I would recommend it. That light comes on for a reason... for what it's worth.

They actually said they want to wait to look at the transmission problem til when I go for the reflash. Might call and try to make the appointment sooner.
Thanks for the advice
Craig
