26 FREE Horsepower

What would you think if you got a 26 HP increase when you were looking for other things? I was #ad
happy. It came along with the install of the Diesel Transmission Technology (DTT) valvebody and torque converter. Wow was I proud to see that on my G-Tech. I showed 198 HP before trans mods and 224 HP after. I was looking for better shifting and driveability when I bought Bill K's parts, but found there was 26+ HP hiding in my truck that I couldn't find. I got the driveability that I wanted. Sneeky of those Dodge boys to hide some of the HP in the B5. 9, isn't it. You too, may have hidden HP in your truck if you have an auto. Look hard and have fun!

Oh yeah, I since installed a governor spring kit and have not gotten a good run with the G-Tech, but the first attempt showed a spike of 235 HP.

dis-able the A/C. .
None towing--remove the fan blade !! HAVE you checked for cracks just off the hub,about 1/8 into the paddles???

I have to agree with you, I also just had the DTT TC & VB installed at Bill K's shop. I have not dyno'd the truck, but it sure feel's like alot more HP than just 26 ponies.

Of course, I do have the TST plate which gives me 50 hp / 185 lb's torque over stock, so with the plate moved forward, a few pump mod's, the new VB & TC, I would guess my truck is somewhere in the 260+ hp range.

The best thing of all, is that with Bill's VB & TC, all of that awesome power is getting transferred to the ground in a major way #ad
