Has anyone replaced the OEM exhaust manifold for an after market 3 piece performance manifold?
How has performance and EGT's been affected?
Why did you replace that part?

Now that is how a Hummer should have come in the first place, with REAL diesel power! Got any pictures??

The ATS manifold is only beneficial for those running big turbos and injectors, to realize the improved airflow benefit. They look cool compared to the stock manifold but are kinda spendy.

Hadi, Do you take that hummer out wheelin ?
If you get a chance you shouold come to one of the Austin Four Wheelers meetings or outings. Most of the tow rigs in the club are Dodge/Cummins, with a few of us BOMBED. Drop me a line if you are intrested, love to see a HumminCummins. One of the members has a ATS manifold on his truck.

I really like my 3-piece ATS exhaust manifold. In addition to having increased flow, it reduced my EGTs a little bit. It is also substantially larger, stronger and heavier than than its OE counterpart. I also won't have to worry about the cracking experienced in numerous OE exhaust manifolds (many of the 12v and 24v exhaust manifolds developed cracks... even ones that didn't have the hole drilled and tapped for the thermocouple). If I had it to do all over again, I'd purchase the ATS manifold in a heartbeat... it's a keeper! #ad
