john, is it the Costal truck nationals in september at epping? if so, I will race at that one! gotta work on my tree skills...

young matt, you want me to bring the lobstahs, ayuh? i can get them fresh in the morning from my dad's best friend in portsmouth:-laf

good times, good times.

anyone have a lobster boiling pot/propane tank thing? i'm actually not a big fan of lobster, it's alright (i like lobster rolls). how about some scallops wrapped in bacon? *lick lick*

Between Tim (CTRam), Matt - the elder (Wheaties) and Joe - all I did was eat and help clean up.

They had it all... . lobstah pots, 40lbs. of propane (!!), multiple cooking surfaces, enough utensils to TRY to keep me from burning my hands, 1001 different kinds of bug repellent, laptop with pictures from Thunder in Muncie all loaded up... . the list is endless...

At one point we had 5 lobstahs, 7lbs. of steamahs, 3 burgaahs (with Cabot extra shaaap cheddah cheese), 2 sticks of melted buttah, and probably some other stuff I left out... . all cooking simultaneously! We did it all without any commercial power or water hookups!! Tim's truck campuh paid for itself by providing a place to cook, wash up with HOT water, tunes to listen to, a place to chill out... . just to name a few...

BTW, I have a turkey frier that is more than capable of boiling any such thing we so choose to slap in there..... in either oil or water.
