OK! I got the green light to get an '06! Limited stock on the lots right now. The $3500 off is over on Friday. Has anyone heard if there will be other incentives starting in July? I'm thinking this might be a pretty good time to buy, being the end of the month and the end of the quarter. I've heard that matters; does it? I was thinking 3500 MC 4x4, but my wife came to my senses and suggested that a QC LB would suit us better. There aren't too many SRW's left. Might have to get a dually, though I'm not sure what I'd need the extra capacity for. Mom's happy, I'm happy!

I'm sure the rebates will continue. Just like the Memorial Day sale which ran into June... As long as they're sitting on the lots, I don't see why the rebates would stop. Everytime I've been looking in the last month, there have been plenty of trucks still on lots... But then again, what do I know... I'm just a humble ignorant fool...

If you know how to dicker, you can get about $6,000 to $7,500 below MSRP on these trucks. I've done it 3 times now, just takes patience and stubborness, and you don't have to wait from some sales gimmick to do it. Also, if you want a truck for a good price, I would suggest you give Tomeygun a PM or call.

Congrats AMink you will be very happy with the new ride!!

Are you dealing with Carson Dodge?

Oh and be sure to buy a silver longbed, I have a shell that I need to sell! :D

GM just announced 0% for 72 months on everything except Corvette and the Medium Duty line. I haven't heard anything about DC's July package, but usually they follow the trends of GM and Ford. So, it wouldn't surprise me to see something similar.

Yes, RankRam, I'm going through Carson, unless they don't want to play. I talked to Charlie Gillies the other day and he said they will be getting some more 06 stock, but not lots. I've been checking around and there are always "really cheap, one at this price" everywhere. I figure if they can sell one for a really good price, they can sell me one too! This will be my third truck from Carson if I can get a good price. I've seen ebay prices that are good at a place in N. C. , but that's a little far to go unless they're paying for fuel to get back to Nevada!

Starting the 1st. of July the deal is employee price with $1500 rebate. I will be signing papers tomorrow. The $3500 rebate will be better than the new deal by $137. Not much but every little bit helps.

Here in Iowa a dearlership came across he radio saying on Dodge's you get employee pricing plus rebates 0% for 60 months and no payments till 2007. The way they are annoucing it you get all that on one deal. Might want to check into this, if true I wish I would have waited.

That would be a pretty good deal. I hate to wait and find it was "or" instead of "and". Not that they'd make that mistake on purpose...

Well, we did it! We are now owners of a 2006 3500 MC 4x4! It's a white SLT w/ some other options. I think we did ok on the price, and it is a very nice truck. I am going to put my 97 up for sale, though I must admit, I almost decided to keep it. It has been really fun working on it since I joined up with TDR and learned all the neat stuff that can be done. I'm scared half to death to put in rubber floormats on the MC, as they might void my warrenty!

Congrats, my dad just picked up a quad cab long bed 4x4 DRW from Stockton dodge, that actally originated at Carson Dodge. It was the only laramie 6 speed dually with cali emissions sticker available for 300 miles, so they went up there and brought it down for him. He ended up just over invoice then they took the 3500 off. we were pretty happy. We now need to sell his 92 first gen.
