Very cool car ad!

guys i just purchased this device and it works great. for anyone that travels or works in a poor cell area you need one of these. i have done a lot of testing with it and when my phone has no servive i plug in my smoothtalker and we have service.

it's amazing how long it will hold a digital signal. it is just like the old bag phone's but it works with both digital and analog. with a . 6 watt input it will put out 3watt's. my electrical guy tested it on the bench and it puts out right at 3watts. if you use it along time on analog at full power it will get pretty warm.

the cool thing is they have the adapters for pretty much any digital phone. there is a stretch of highway near my house that has no service and i am now able to talk all the way thru that section without losing the call. it's kind of expensive but well worth it imo. i got the 5db magnetic antenna. the only thing i suggest is that you get the 6' cord between the phone and the unit.

thanks Jim... as you know we mountain folks do not have good reception... might be just the ticket to get my wifes teeth out of my butt. . LOL

Her new car has very poor reception and this was one of those factory way $overcharged$ phones. .

CUMMIN, I tried to pull up info on pricing and couldn't get to it. When you say kinda pricy, could you give me an idea. Looks like something I've been waiting to get. Thanks

it's about $300 for everything. it's kind of spendy when most phones are free now a days. the cool thing is every phone has it's own adapter and there only $15. 00. so you should be able to keep this thing until it wears out. when you upgrade to a new phone you just buy the new adapter.
