48re, is this broke?

06 truck, mileage at 240k, trans was leaking at torque converter seal so I dropped trans, the 8 pin plug has had signs of leakage for a while also so i dropped valve body to change the inside harness. While inspecting for things that might break soon, I didn't see much but, noticed these small lines on this piston for front band. Any experienced transmission guys want to give their expert opinion? Overall this trans works ok but the leaks were getting to be more than an annoyance. Truck is my backup rig used mostly for towing equipment and stuff around my farm.

This is just the spring retainer for the piston inside.
Looks good to me.

I see that piece, what I'm asking about are the little dark lines the arrows are pointed at.

Those look like tool marks.
