I've always been a big promoter of foldin em in when they're not needed. It's a big pet peeve. But I really wish these mirrors had the same set up as my 98, when these are folded in the inner part of the mirror is the standard mirror part and the convex is vertical on the outside. It really makes for poor viewing of trailer and load no matter what your hauling. If I flip them up, it gets the regular part out further and is taller which let's me see both trailer and load much better. I keep hoping I'll get used to them, but after looking out the same set of mirrors for over 11 years I'm afraid it's going to take a while.
